മുൻപ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഡോ .മൻമോഹൻ സിംഗിന്റെ 88 ആം പിറന്നാൾ ആണ് ഇന്ന് .അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് പിറന്നാൾ ആശംസകൾ നേരുമ്പോഴാണ് കോൺഗ്രസ് മുൻ അധ്യക്ഷൻ രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡിയ്‌ക്കെതിരെ ഒളിയമ്പെയ്തത് .
